This service represents incredible value for money and is well suited to couples who wish to manage their own wedding but don't have the time or knowledge to locate the right wedding ceremony and reception venue or to select service providers that cater to their specific requirements for their wedding day.

Wedding Styling and Decorative Service

Nightingales can act as your Wedding Stylist to work on the decorative aspects of your wedding and collaborate with you to design a look and feel that is uniquely yours! We can look after the decor for your pre-wedding celebrations as well as your Wedding Ceremony and Wedding Reception. We can take an empty shell and transform it with colour, flowers, lighting, specialty linens, centrepieces, candlelight, chandeliers, chic lounge settings and more – this is your time to shine and we will ensure that your celebration will be unforgettable. The beauty of this service is that you decide what level of decorative assistance you need.

*minimum spend requirement includes the products hired and bought to create the unique look for your Wedding – this minimum amount requirement can be varied for Weddings under 60 guests.

• 2-3 meetings to establish the Wedding Decorative brief, the budget and to fine tune the design
• Table mock up to confirm the table styling
• Itemised costing and updated costing in the lead up to the Wedding Day
• Setup and dismantle as per the signed confirmation on the Wedding Day

At Nightingales we understand that a wedding should look beautiful even with the smallest budget. With that in mind we have created Wedding Packages for the most beautiful table centrepieces using our unique glassware, crystals, mirrors and florals so that all weddings look as magical as they should.

Nightingales Ceremony Package

Inclusions:

• Signing table with sheer organza cloth and 2 ornate chairs (antique white)
• 1 Small floral arrangement for signing table (your colour choice)
• 12 Ornate guest chairs (antique white)
• 1 x Ivory carpet or aisle runner

Nightingales Ceremony and Champagne Package

As per Ceremony package above plus:

• 1 dressed long table for serving of champagne, orange juice and water (all beverages to be supplied by client)
• Up to 100 glasses
• Ice and tubs to ice drinks
• 2 wait staff to serve (RSA certificated)
• 1 hour duration of drinks service after ceremony
• (+100 guests quotes also available)

Nightingales Wedding Day Assistants - Your Own Wedding PA!

Many couples like to plan and organise their wedding on their own, but want to relax and enjoy their wedding day without worrying about running late or if the cake or flowers arrive on time. Likewise they do not wish to impose duties on their family and friends on the actual day. We provide an easy solution: your very own experienced and professional Wedding P.A.

Your Wedding P.A. will ensure that:

• The bridal party have refreshments during the preparations;
• The bridal party arrive on time (or fashionably late!);
• The ceremony flowers are ready and setup; service booklets in place; musicians are ready and in place;
• Boutonnieres are pinned correctly for groom's party;
• Prepare the bride and bridesmaids for the processional;
• Transfer bride's luggage to hotel and checkin;
• Check on setup at the Reception and that suppliers are ready on time;
• Work with venue to meet and greet guests on arrival;
• Ensure bridal room is ready with refreshments;
• Liaise with MC or venue re seating of guests;
• Prep wedding party for their formal entry to the Reception;
• Prompt MC to announce wedding party;
• Liaise with MC, venue and speakers re speech announcements, cake cutting and first dance;
• Ensure that the venue transfers gifts and remaining wedding cake to hotel room or to an appropriate family member.
